Why Legal Inspection?

A complete inspection is an important preventive way to make sure equipment is safe for use and that activity will be carried by Third Agency - Competent person. Third Agency is always technically strong enough and competent to execute the checking and testing of all Technical Aspects of the equipment or service Under the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 and the State Factories Rules, equipment's such as Lifting Machines (Chain Pulley-Blocks, Hoists),Power presses, Conveyors, Fume & Dust Extraction system, Centrifugal Pumps, Thermic Fluid Heater, Pressure Plant etc. are required to be periodically examined and tested by a "Competent Person" approved by the Chief Inspector of Factories, for the period and purpose mentioned in the Certificate of Competency granted to such as a person / institution. We provide service on the same.
